Moira joined CJCH in 2023 and is a Partner in the Family Department.
She advises on family and matrimonial matters, with her cases ranging from divorce, separation and cohabitee issues to financial settlements, child arrangements and domestic abuse.
She also advises on wealth protection in the form of cohabitation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Moira is particularly sought after for her technical expertise in complex and/or high net worth financial disputes which have a business or pension element, including NHS; Police; Fire; Forces pensions and other public service pensions.
