Catherine joined CJCH in 2023 and is Head of the Corporate and Commercial department.
Catherine specialises in a wide range of corporate, commercial and commercial property matters having a vast amount of knowledge in property law of Corporate entities.
Catherine assists start-up companies, corporate property investors, mergers, acquisitions, shareholders, MOT registrations, sale and purchase of commercial property / land, both freehold and leasehold, sale and purchase of residential property / land by corporate entities, auction acquisitions / disposals of companies and property.
Catherine works closely with our residential property team and has extensive knowledge in affordable housing, shared ownership, newbuild sales / purchases, and development land.
